Writing Prime provides premium publishing services including executive ghostwriting, editorial excellence, bespoke book design, strategic distribution, author branding, and private coaching. All services are provided on a consulting basis and require individual agreement and contract.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Authors retain full intellectual property rights to their manuscripts and published works. Writing Prime does not claim ownership of any authored content.

3.2 Work Product

Writing Prime retains ownership of editorial suggestions, design concepts, marketing strategies, and other work product created as part of our service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Writing Prime maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client manuscripts, business information, and communications. All consultations and work are subject to confidentiality agreements. We do not disclose client information without explicit written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Writing Prime provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific sales figures, distribution results, or market success. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Writing Prime operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Modifications to Terms

Writing Prime reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
